Have you seen the film ‘What the Bleep’? There’s a great scene in that movie where the body-hating star breaks thru to loving her body. We are taught a large amount of things worth doing to our bodies. Many of them aren’t nice. What about loving it? What if we treated our bodies with love and sensitiveness? OK, it sounds a little sappy, I know. But actually consider the concept for a second.
