Tivoli

The worldwide renowned amusement ballpark, Tivoli, is settled in the middle of Wonderful Copenhagen, opened up it’s gates for the premiere time on August 15th, 1843 and was an instant success among the citizens of Copenhagen and the rest of Denmark. Tivoli receives more than 4.5 million visitors each year.

When Shakespeare composed the play The Tragedy of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark, he was thinking of Kronborg Palace located in Elsinore just 45 min. north of Copenhagen. Kronborg Palace is also mansion of Holger Danske, the fabulous guardian of the Danish Imperium. Besides, Elsinore lets you have a little trip to Sweden too.

Stroget is the world?s lengthiest walking street and the absolute shopping center of Copenhagen. On Stroget, you’ll find Boss, Max Mara, Mulberry, Chanel and other fashion markers. Though Copenhagen is full of attractions, take a day off and enjoy the cafés and shopping in the middle of Old Town Copenhagen, or so to speak in Denmark, the Kings Copenhagen. Among the attractions on Stroget you’ll find old Christian churches, fountains and the town courtroom construction.
